I started using Red-E 20 WT synthetic oil after a strong recommendation from a custom motor builder that would not honor a warranty on a new motor unless it was filled with Red-E oil. Which caught my attention, why was this oil so special?

As posted on 4Cycle.com: 2+ years ago I cautiously switched to Red-E oil. I was reading some of the outrageous claims seen by others using Red-E here on Bob's. I kept thinking snake oil!! NO oil can do all that is being claimed.

From 4cycle.com: I started using Red-E a few years ago when I found out that the oil I was using had caster in it and was leaving huge deposits on the piston once my valve guides got a little wear on them. I switched to Red-E and have had no reason to switch since I began using it.
